Just a little note for those who wish to lend a helping hand I am taking part in a 12hr spin endurance challenge for the HEART AND STROKE FOUNDATION on February 20th.
This is a cause very close to my heart; my father has been surviving with a chronic heart condition for many years.
I will be accepting pledges (Click here to sponsor ) if the heart and stroke foundation is something you wish to support, any little amount is appreciated! Heart disease affects people of all ages. Fathers, husbands, brothers, mothers, sisters, daughters, friends...unfortunately, we know too many people that the disease has touched. Help me raise funds for earlier diagnoses, leading-edge treatments and world-class prevention strategies.
