The Crystal Heart Curling Classic is the largest women’s bonspiel in Eastern Canada with over 350 curlers participating. There are 56 rinks in the Open Division and 32 rinks in the Senior’ Division (for those 55 and over). Games are held in 8 different curling clubs on 36 separate sheets of ice. The event includes a Gala Dinner with live entertainment.

The bonspiel has the dual objectives of promoting women’s curling and supporting the Heart and Stroke Foundation’s research and programs for women. Over the past 13 years, the bonspiel has raised over $400,000 for the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
