The TC10K is a long-standing tradition in Victoria, and the Heart and Stroke Foundation is proud to be the charity of choice for the race! This coming year will be the 21st time the event has been held. Over 12,000 runners and walkers will take part, which makes this one of the largest 10K races in Canada.

The Heart and Stroke Foundation does not receive any of the registration fees from the TC10K—it is only through YOUR PLEDGES and DONATIONS that we are able to fund vital cardiovascular research and treatment.
