The first 25 participants to pay registration fee at A Putt Above, 3825 Richmond rd. Bells Corner, Ottawa, will receive a stainless steel water bottle from the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. Participants can register online but must still come in-person to 'A Putt Above' to pay their entry fees.
Entry fees are $25 per participant / $100 per team

Registration includes: commemorative t-shirt, 'Walk This Way' laminated calendar, StepsCount UV bracelet, entrance into a draw for a bicycle provided by Kunstadt Sports, Nordic poles, UV bracelet, pedometers and Diabeaters Portion Plates from StepsCount, Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology for back packs, and other great door prizes from sponsors and local businesses.
Participants will play 18 holes of miniputt. Pledges can be raised online and/or pledge forms can be downloaded from this site or picked up from 'A Putt Above' in person
Evening rounds will be played Wed. August 11, Thurs. August 12, and Fri. August 13 5 pm -10 pm. Afternoon Rounds will also be played Fri. August 13 from 1pm-5pm
A round of miniputt takes approximately 45 minutes
Teams will also compete against each other in 5 minutes rounds of Balladium
